Qi Gong and Tai Ji Classes

Are you tired often? Do your joints ache after exercise or after waking up? Would you

like more energy?

If you answered yes to any of the questions then come join us in a Qi Gong and Tai Ji class. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm we will conduct a class in Moving Energy.

We will learn the core energy arts of Qi Gong: the Nei Gong components.  These are

the arts that teach you to move energy through your body directed by your mind.  You

will learn how to open your joints, feel the energy blockages in your body and open

those energy blockages. You will learn to direct your energy throughout your body

where you need it and become sensitive to the relation between your body, your emotions and your mind.

As an application of this art we will study the Northern Wu Style forms of Tai Ji Quan.

We will start with the 45 posture form and apply our energy lessons learned in the nei Gong to the tai ji.  Tai ji then is thus seen as an advanced form of Qi Gong.
