Northern 吴 Wu Style Tai ji Quan
Tina Zhang is a disciple of Northern Wu Style Tai Ji Quan Grandmaster Li Bing Ci, the fifth generation of the lineage. She carries on this traditional internal martial art and actively teaches classes at Wu Tang PCA
Frank Allen and Tina Zhang welcome everyone who is interested in learning, practicing, and teaching the art of Northern Wu Style Tai ji Quan to join us - the Northern Wu family - as a unit to grow into a bigger family through the effort and work of our generation and generations to come. Our dream is to allow more people to enjoy this wonderful mind and body health practice as much as we do and preserve the martial tradition of the Tai Ji Quan art. It could be, in the near future, no matter where you are, you will be close enough to find teachers or practitioners to study and practice. Together, we achieve our goal to spread the art and benefit the human being's health around the globe.

Terri Ferrari began studying Yang style Tai Ji Quan with Robert Smith in Bethesda in 1977 and continued with Maggie Newman in NYC. In 1986 he began studying QI Gong Frank Allen and then B.K. Frantzis. Later he added both Ba Gua Zhang and Wu style Tai Ji Quan. Terri is a certified instructor in Ba Gua Zhang, Wu Style Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong. Terri has a double undergraduate degree in mathematics and psychology from NYU and a Masters in computer science from the University of Rhode Island. To cope with his high powered positions on Wall Street, Terri has specialized in applying his Qi Gong skills to stress reduction. He continues his internal martial arts study with Master Li Bing Ci, Beijing.
Please email Tina at tineez@aol.com for more information if you are interested in joining us and becoming an associate and part of our family. This is a step not only for letting more people in the world to know about us, but also to credit each of us as qualified practitioners in a family of living lineage - Grandmaster Li Bing Ci.
